SIDECAR

WE 17.0 - Take A Loss 17 song CD-EP

Sidecar is back with their third What Else? release, and this is their best yet. This CD truly gives you your money's worth, considering it's priced as an EP, yet contains 17 songs. There are 8 brand new songs, a cover of Husker Du's 'Standing in the Rain', 4 live tracks, plus some surprise stuff (such as a stirring rendition of Boston's 'Piece of Mind' with Pete from Oblivion on vocals). This EP combines influences ranging from Big Drill Car, Down By Law, and Husker Du and adding an edge and style of their own that simply can't be compared.

Sidecar is: Brandon: Drums/Vocals, Steve: Bass, Brett: Guitar, Billy: Guitar/Vocals

Info:
This release started out as an idea for a 4 song 7" in September 1997. Somehow between then and May 15 1998 (the date it was finally released) it mutated into a 17 song CD. The whole thing was recorded 3 different times before the finished product was released, but not before the lyric sheet was printed, leaving the information and track listing contained therein misleading and false. Oops.
